Tea Caddy Land & Development is owned and managed by two property development professionals from a Northamptonshire farming family.​

Tom Harris is a Chartered Surveyor having worked for one of the largest property service companies and a National Housebuilder in London and the South East.

Andrew Harris is a Chartered Accountant and worked in the development teams of one of the world’s largest property and construction groups and a private equity backed developer.

The two directors have an established track record of land promotion and development in both the residential and commercial sectors.

  • 1,600 residential units with planning permission
  • 20 acres of commercial land with planning permission
  • 4,500 further residential units under promotion

  • 40 acres of Industrial Open Storage under promotion

OUR MODEL

Under our land promotion model, we will fund 100% of the planning costs and manage the process through to land sale on behalf of the landowner.

We are actively seeking development opportunities in the mid-box sector, in established employment centres or close to major infrastructure. We can acquire sites on both an unconditional and subject to planning basis.
